American Legion Texas Twelfth District

American Legion Department of Texas District 12 Commander Dave Etter along with several other Legionnaires represented the Organization at the Texas State Historical marker Dedication Honoring Sp4 Robert David Law. Sp4 Law was awarded the Medal of Honor for his 1969 selfless and decisive actions in Vietnam costing him his life but saving others. Robert David Law was born in Fort Worth, Texas in 1944 and is buried at Greenwood/Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The monument was dedicated and placed near his gravesite.
