Annual Cowtown Homeless Veterans Stand Down

Under the direction of the local American Legion Auxiliary, 9 Texas Twelfth District American Legion Family Organizations joined 16 other VSO, non profits, Amazon and Walmart providing clothing, toiletries and other items to help our homeless veterans get through the winter. Eighteen government and civic organizations were present to provided legal, medical and personal services and assistance. The Texas Air National Guard provided new military surplus clothing items and lots of volunteers helping everyone.
