Veterans, First Responders, and community leaders came together for the dedication of the garden and the unveiling of a sculpture by J. Moigniez.

Debbie Schutkowski, Board President at UHR Introduced the Speaker
Paul Paine was the main speaker on Words of Honor
Paul F. Paine is President, Fort Worth South, Inc. Paul served in the US Navy for over 26 yrs. Commanded an F-14 Tomcat Squadron, spent three years in the pentagon, and was the Commanding Officer of Naval Air Station Fort Worth, Carswell Field from 2002 to 2004. Paul joined Ft Worth South, Inc as President in 2005.

Steve Pruitt, 38 year veteran as Firefighter with Arlington Fire Dept played Amazing Grace on bag pipe.
TAPS was played by James Sims, a Member of Broadway Baptist Church.
Jon Glover, Director of Universal Health Resources gave the Dedication of Memorial and Closing remarks
Cindy Putman, Greater Fort Worth American Legion Auxiliary Unit 516 President elect provided pictures and information.
