Ride to Recovery April 19 to 24, 2015

A team of Texas District 12 American Legion Riders left Tarrant County on Saturday April 18 to provide escort for the Texas Challenge from Houston to Fort Worth. These are some of their pictures and comments along the way.
First day is almost in the books. Great day of riding, everyone is safe and sound. Big shout to the Buffalo Soldiers MC Killeen, TX for sharing the day with us . See you Wednesday in Fort Hood
Quick stop at the start of day 2 for a photo op on the Texas A&M campus at the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library.
Day 2 of Ride 2 Recovery covered 100 miles from College Station to Georgetown. Had a quick shower storm at the end along with a stop at Freddy's Custard. Then dinner and a movie to end a long day.
Ride 2 Recovery - Day 3 Georgetown to Killeen started with a great send off from the Georgetown Fire and Police Departments. A small shower, another Freddy's Custard stop and finished the day with a western themed dinner on Fort Hood.
